Planning for Change

As thinking precedes manners; so setting an intention on change must precede the change.
Do you intent before you take an action plan for your activities and duties?
Which ways do you follow for setting up your action plan?

Of course before any action is executed it must always arise from an intention. Everybody wants to change themselves from poor to rich, from stupid to be smart, from dirty to clean, from bad to good, so on and so on and of course mostly to a more positive prospective, position or situation and very few change to worse(from a good citizen to a robber etc) except if they have some very negative impression or lack of trust on their own capabilities in themselves. if I am to make a certain change I will follow the following steps:
1. Write down the Change to be made.
2. Think it over and write down all that crosses your mind that can assist you to make the changes.
3. Ask others, elders of your own family if they have anything in mind to assist in making and change and write them down.
3. Try to approach any professionals in this change and to get their view and advise and write them down.
4. After collecting all the above facts then go thorough all over again and try to find its meeting point.
5. After finding out which is the best methods that suits you to change then try to apply it upon yourself until you succeed.

Whenever plans rights and passwords known what he wants and how to reach him whenever the change easier. Management Studies proved that every hour we spend in planning, provide three to four hours at the implementation.
If planning is not a waste of time planning is awareness and understanding of us and the provision of implementation.

planing for change must have the following point

1. know the main weak characters within you and how you want the change to effect on you

2.try to put your plans in written tha is how and when to want the change to be effective on you

3. to be commitment to your plan layout by following these step I think you can achive a perfect change

Conciously or unconconciously man thinks about his action before carrying them out.Infact to every action there is an intention behind such. However, more often I realised that personally, i think and intend to so so many thins that i will not do eventually either due to limitations that may hinder it of forget about it unintentionally.
However,I think human being is yet to realise the power of the pen.Allah emphasized that He teaches man that which he knew not through pen.So i recently adopted the principle of writting down things I think I want to or have to do.Then I pray about them for guidance and implement as much as possible as Allah willed with his guidance .

ACTUALLY IF WE FEEL OR NOTICE WITHIN US SHOULD BE CHANGED AND WE SHOULD SEE THE EFFECT OF IT ON OTHERS.LIKE IF GETTING ANGRY AND IT IS EFFECTING OTHERS WE HAVE TO TRY OUR BEST TO FIGHT WITHIN OURSELVES TO OVERCOME ON IT.SO EVERYTHING DEPENDS ON OUR INTENTION.
